Mindfulness for Kids

Mindfulness activities for kids can be a great way to help them manage their emotions, learn to be in the moment more and also help manage symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.

There a great range of mindfulness apps and audio exercise available for kids and teenagers.

My favourites are the Daytime explorers and Bedtime explorers (available on kinderling kids radio app or your podcast download of choice), for younger kids ( 3-8 years), for older kids, teenagers and adults you can’t go past Calm, and Smiling mind. Both also have suggestions for younger kids as well.
