Our team of Clinical Psychologists specialise in the use of evidence based psychological treatments to treat a wide range of psychological and mental health concerns for Children, Adolescents, Adults and Families. 

We provide a wide range of Psychological Services including assessment, counselling, psychotherapy and mental health interventions in the following areas;

    Whilst we specialise in working with children, young people, families and parents, Kirsty also see adults for a number of concerns, including parenting, prenatal and postnatal concerns, and fertility difficulties.

Kirsty uses a wide range of treatment approaches, specifically adapted to each individual clients needs. Primarily Kirsty uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy, and works within a strengths based attachment and relational approach.
